But every time we dilute the essence of the female aura- the world loses a piece of its magic. Every time a woman denies her insightful spiritual gifts, our society loses an oracle. Every time a woman forgets her innate role in society, a lineage of guidance is lost to the culture.

I, Eliana- created this ritual because it is really easy for me to forget to consult the Oracle of my body..
I grew up thinking that the mind was really important. I needed to go to college, get a good degree, and put all my knowledge down on a resume so I could get a well paying job.
But the whole time-my female body was so unhappy. Because to focus all my attention on my head meant- I was losing connection to myself.
I started giving my power away to man made systems, thinking they could help me- hire me- heal me. I thought the culture had a place for me- if only I could just follow the logical, linear steps.
But through illness, depression, and working grueling hours for an industry that was built by men- I found the way back to my own wisdom.
Anytime I get in my head now- whether its preparing for a class I’m teaching, or before having a hard conversation, or when I’m making a big decision about my future: I always return to breath and energy work.
Because if I’m in my head- I’m not channeling codes. If I’m in my head, then I’m not a vessel for downloads. If I’m in my head- I lose the power of my female aura. I lose the very gifts that people recognize me for, pay me for, and come to me for when they need clear and potent guidance.

Yes. We will be taking about female anatomy and grounding with a female style of energy work.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that creates a non ordinary state of consciousness. In this space you can access different types of messages from the body, and integrate on an emotional, somatic, and sometimes spiritual level. Every experience is unique for each person.
The type of breathwork is done all through the mouth while laying down. The group will be guided into this rhythmic style of breathing- and invited to speak affirmations, make sound, and work with the breath as a meditation tool.

You only need a comfortable quiet and private place to lay down. We will begin the call with seated energy work, and then move into breathwork. I will include a list of recommendations for best practice.
