Breathwork is a powerful, experiential process that can support deep self-exploration, release, and transformation on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

Through the use of conscious connected breathing, and intuitive guidance- you may access a non-ordinary state of consciousness, which can bring forward both profound insight and strong sensations.

Breathwork may evoke intense physical or emotional responses, including tingling, tightness in the hands or mouth, muscle tension, lightheadedness, activation, or emotional release. These experiences are a normal part of the process but can sometimes surface unresolved material that may require additional integration or support.

You are responsible for honoring your own limits and listening to your body throughout the practice- you may choose to stop or adjust your breathing at any time.
