ANIMA — TERMS + CONDITIONS
These Terms apply specifically to participation in Anima, a private mentorship offered by Wellness Weaver, LLC (“Wellness Weaver”). By purchasing Anima, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. The Container
Anima includes:
6 private mentorship sessions of approximately 80 minutes each
6 recorded readings
2 audits
Telegram support throughout the active mentorship relationship
Anima does not have a guaranteed completion timeline. It is intended to be an active mentorship relationship requiring ongoing participation, communication, and respect for the container.
2. Investment + Commitment
The total investment for Anima is $5,064.
By enrolling, you are committing to the complete container and full financial investment. If you select a payment plan, the payment plan is simply a way to divide the total investment over time; it is not a month-to-month membership.
All payments are non-refundable. Choosing to discontinue participation, changing your mind, or not using all portions of Anima does not release you from your remaining payment obligations.
In rare circumstances outside of our reasonable ability to maintain or complete the mentorship relationship, Wellness Weaver and the client may mutually agree in writing to end the container and discontinue remaining payments. Any exception must be expressly approved by Wellness Weaver.
Please enroll from a grounded and informed place, prepared to participate in and complete the full container.
3. Sessions + Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling a session.
Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, prolonged disengagement, or failure to participate in the mentorship in good faith may be considered a violation of this agreement.
4. Telegram Support
Telegram is intended for smaller questions, reflections, and communication between sessions. Client voice or video messages must be less than five minutes each.
Eliana generally reviews Telegram Tuesday–Thursday and may respond on other days at her discretion. No specific response time is guaranteed, and responses may occasionally take up to one week.
Questions requiring greater depth may be carried into an Anima session or recorded reading rather than answered through Telegram.
Telegram is not appropriate for emergencies, urgent decisions, crisis support, or matters requiring an immediate response.
5. Client Responsibility + No Guaranteed Results
Anima provides spiritual mentorship, guidance, reflection, and support. It does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
No particular business, financial, professional, spiritual, emotional, or personal outcome is promised or guaranteed.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, business, wellbeing, and implementation of any guidance received through Anima.
6. Recordings + Intellectual Property
You may personally record your Anima sessions for your own private reference and integration.
Permission to record does not transfer ownership of Eliana Miranda or Wellness Weaver’s teachings, guidance, methods, materials, or intellectual property.
Recordings and materials may not be shared, published, sold, distributed, reproduced, publicly transcribed, used to create educational or commercial materials, used to train or develop artificial intelligence systems, or otherwise provided to another person or entity without prior written permission from Wellness Weaver.
7. Privacy + Confidentiality
Because Anima is a private mentorship, Wellness Weaver will use reasonable care in maintaining the privacy of information shared within the container.
The client likewise agrees to respect the privacy and confidential business information of Wellness Weaver and any third parties discussed within the mentorship.
8. Ending the Mentorship
Wellness Weaver reserves the right to end the mentorship for material violations of this agreement, including repeated no-shows or rescheduling, nonpayment, inappropriate or disrespectful conduct, repeated disregard for the boundaries of the container, misuse of the mentorship, or other conduct that makes continuing the professional relationship untenable.
If the mentorship is terminated because of the client's violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued and remaining payment obligations will continue.
9. Agreement
By purchasing Anima, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the mentorship, its financial commitment, communication boundaries, and your responsibility for your participation.
These Anima Terms supplement the general Terms + Conditions of Wellness Weaver, LLC. If a provision of these Anima Terms conflicts with the general Terms regarding your participation in Anima, these Anima-specific Terms will govern.
