My Hebrew name is

בַּת‑צִיּוֹן בַּת יְהוּדִית בַּת לֵב

Daughter of Zion, Daughter of the Women of Judea, Daughter of the Lion Hearted.

I tell you this first- because In my family’s tradition, our names contain Prophecy.

I am a Mystic from the high deserts of Reno, Nevada. I am a writer, a seer, and a messenger on the path.

I was initiated into my medicine work by unsolved autoimmune disease and the unexpected death of my mom. It was the darkest nights of my life that brought me back to the inner source of my light.

My wisdom comes from swimming in rivers, sitting at altars, and researching the genealogy of my soul.

I have many human teachers, but I also learn from the land, animals, art, music, and my body.

While my path has always been very spiritual, it’s also been grounded in practical reality.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Behavioral Sciences and have spent more than twenty years studying wellness, healing, human behavior, and the ways people create sustainable change in their lives.

Through my work, I’ve helped hundreds of people set themselves up with a foundation of preventative rituals that help them build a lifestyle that aligns with their soul’s purpose.

My offers have always been intertwined with my own healing. It was chronic illness that brought me to breath and energy work. Depression that led me to writing. And my mom’s death that solidified the intentions of my business.

Death became a Doorway. Grief was a Guru. Illness; the initiation.

I got off 30 + pills a day, self administered shots in my legs, and 4 hour infusions at the hospital for an auto immune disease that doctors told me I would need medication for- for the rest of my life. I didn’t find a miracle cure, but instead found mystical tools, natural health care, and MAGIC.

-I turned daily doses of medication into daily rituals of meditation

-I awakened my body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself

-I recalibrated my reality, and now I wake up loving my life
