Aura is a five month initiation into trusting, reclaiming, and living as a ritual based Energy Medicine Practitioner
You'll strengthen your intuition, affirm your relationship with the unseen, and learn to facilitate real healing for yourself and others. The difference is, you've been doing it instinctively (and for free) instead of intentionally with a dedicated purpose.
You’re always giving advice- whether its at work, over dinner with friends, or with strangers at the grocery store.. People always share their secrets with you. You're already helping people heal. You're already offering guidance, asking questions that give people new perspectives, and helping others find their path. You are already doing the work.
But when you don’t honor, protect, and recognize your psychic gifts as valuable and important skills? They become huge burdens instead of Gd’s bounties.
You become bitter. Your sensitivity becomes overwhelming. Your intuitive hits feel like anxiety, and you keep feeling like you’ve given way more out than you’ve received back. You’re drained by people and constantly pouring from an empty cup.

You'll complete Reiki I & II, receive traditional Usui attunements, learn the five classical symbols, and learn to work with your guides in a practical professional way.
You become someone who can “read” the situation from your third eye, hands, and gut knowing. Everything you offer gets stronger because in Aura: your body is the instrument, and we spend 5 months fine tuning your tool.

Month One- Learning To Trust Yourself as an Oracle
Before facilitating healing for others- it’s vital to become fluent in the language of energy. In month one we focus on three foundations that every practitioner needs in session:
Intuition - receiving wisdom.
Reading Energy - perceiving information.
Running Energy - consciously moving energy to create change.

Month Two- Tuning Your Psychic Instruments
You'll discover where your energy has been leaking, where you've been overextending yourself, and what no longer belongs in your field. Through daily ritual and energetic hygiene you'll begin repairing your own vessel, creating a life that can hold both your sensitivity and your magic.

You'll leave knowing how to steward your medicine with confidence, integrity, and devotion, carrying these practices into your life, your work, and the communities you're here to serve.

+ additional “Aura Labs” will be added to the schedule to practice your new magical skills

I got into energy work because my soul gave me no other choice…
I was on a mission to get off of all of the medication I had been prescribed for auto- immune disease. I was struggling with depression that no therapist could help me with. I was empty, disconnected from myself, and deeply hated- and feared- my own body..
But then one day- a teacher introduced me to the Hindu Chakra System and I started decoding my health from an energetic standpoint- rather than just a physical one.
Learning about the energy body helped me understand why I was suffering. It let me see my pain from a multidimensional perspective - and eventually, understand that everything I'd been through was the exact thing I needed to activate my soul's purpose.
The practices that I teach in Aura are the ones that have helped me both in my healing journey- my spiritual journey- AND in building a business.
Because when you reclaim your energy, you reclaim the part of you that can do what you once thought was impossible.
My background:
Master's in Public Health (MPH) with an emphasis in Behavioral Sciences
15+ years studying and practicing energy medicine, ritual, and intuitive development
Trained in Reiki, Lightwork Healing, Breathwork Journeying, and Psychic Development
A decade in facilitating groups, rituals, and meditative experiences

Your live attendance with cameras on is required to receive your Reiki attunements. Each session will be recorded for your integration and continued learning.

You will be given a complete protocol for 1:1 sessions, and to apply energy medicine to your groups.
You can offer the tools in Aura:
-in whatever you’re already offering
-as guided meditations and contemplation for your students
- as hands on healing (in everything from yoga classes to massage to esthetician services)
- in mentorship to give people clearer reads and directives, and help them move their energy forward toward completing goals
-In your day to day life so you move everyday knowing you are guided and protected
-In any studios or spaces you work in: (whether that’s in person or online) to clear, ground and fortify the space

No. However- Having your own personal practice of meditation or contemplation is ideal. Those who are already working with others will have an advanced level of understanding and application, but if you are devoted to this path; and willing to practice with the modalities regularly- you will have everything you need to excel.

Yes- in my experience; every Reiki attunement is different because of the Attuner, how they work with the practice, and who their guides are. In addition- this curriculum weaves multiple lineages of energy work together that may even bolster your relationship to Reiki when applied. The attunements will be completed in a traditional way through the Usui lineage.

5 month time commitment August- December: we meet live on Zoom one Sunday a month.
Live trainings are Sundays from 10:30–12:30 PM PST.
There will be pre-recorded classes, guidebooks, and material that will need to be studied outside of live classes

Your results depend on your application, consistency, and soul’s plan. This program gives you a whole session framework, and tools to support clients in 1:1 sessions and with groups.. but it’s up to you how you turn this into your own work.
