  1. Do I have any history (problems, conditions, injuries) in the heart body?

Caved Heart, Excavated Heart. Poor Digestion/Elimination. Asthma, Allergies, Cardiac Irregularities or Diseases. Problems with shoulders, arms, hands, sternum, ribcage, armpits (detox center), breasts.

  2. Are those areas of my body a reflection of areas of my life?

  3. Choose two to three relationships that have taught me a little more about who I am: What did they teach me, why am I grateful for them, how am I better because of them?

You can write this as question/answer, or you can choose to challenge yourself and write them a letter in response to those questions.. (this is a personal letter to begin, you can decide later if you’d actually like to give/send it to them.)

  4. How do I show someone that I love them? Do people receive my love as it is intended?

  5. How do I receive love from others? Do I allow others to love all of me?

  6. Challenge: Love Diagram

Write your name at the center of a heart. Draw lines and write in the things your heart, your love is connected to. Start with what is close to your heart to begin with: people, animals, places, things, times in your life, memories you hold dear.., and then find spaces for more lines that connect to things that are still part of what allows you to find love in your life: hobbies, projects, activities, places, spaces, foods, medicines, adventures.. You get the picture. See how far you can go to tap into the essence of your heart space.

    1. Then feel all of that love you’ve sent out, radiating right back into you. The heart energy moves out and in simultaneously. So let your love be greater, bigger, more; and you will receive that abundance all the way home.
