1. Ownership + Use of Content

All content found on this Site — including written materials, images, videos, audios, digital downloads, training modules, and course materials — is the property of Wellness Weaver, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own educational and personal purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any content, including login credentials, with others without written consent from the Business.

2. Program Participation + Consent

By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any program, breathwork session, mentorship, or offering provided by Wellness Weaver, LLC, you voluntarily agree to act in accordance with and be bound by these Terms.

You understand that Eliana Miranda is a Spiritual Mentor and Experience Facilitator, and the services offered are for informational, educational, and energetic purposes only. These offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the care of qualified medical or mental health professionals. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

3. Breathwork Disclaimer + Informed Consent

Breathwork is a powerful, experiential process that can support deep self-exploration, release, and transformation on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Through the use of conscious connected breathing, music, and intuitive guidance, you may access a non-ordinary state of consciousness, which can bring forward both profound insight and strong sensations.

By participating in any breathwork experience facilitated by Eliana Miranda or Wellness Weaver, LLC, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • Breathwork may evoke intense physical or emotional responses, including tingling, tightness in the hands or mouth, muscle tension, lightheadedness, activation, or emotional release.

  • These experiences are a normal part of the process but can sometimes surface unresolved material that may require additional integration or therapeutic support.

  • You are responsible for honoring your own limits, listening to your body, and seeking medical or therapeutic care if needed following a session.

  • Participation is voluntary and self-directed — you may choose to stop or adjust your breathing at any time.

By engaging in any breathwork offering (live or recorded), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this informed consent and assume full responsibility for your experience.

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that all participation is done at your own discretion and risk. You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing while engaging with any offerings from Wellness Weaver, LLC.

You acknowledge that breathwork and other energetic modalities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions. You are solely responsible for knowing your health status and choosing what is appropriate for you.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not make any guarantees or representations about specific results, healing outcomes, financial success, or emotional experiences. Every individual’s process is unique, and your outcomes depend on your personal readiness, choices, and participation.

All content and programs are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

6. Intellectual Property

All courses, trainings, and materials (including but not limited to The Healer’s Journey: Money Medicine- and all related offerings within the Wellness Weaver Portal) are intellectual property owned by Wellness Weaver, LLC.

Any reproduction, redistribution, or resale of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

7. Payments + Refunds

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. For payment plans, you authorize automatic recurring charges according to the agreed schedule.

Because all content is digital and access begins immediately, refunds are not available once the purchase has been made.

8. Release of Liability + Indemnification

By participating in any offering, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Eliana Miranda and Wellness Weaver, LLC, including any team members, contractors, or facilitators, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from your participation or use of this work.

This includes but is not limited to physical, emotional, financial, or energetic outcomes. You understand that you are fully responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after participation.

9. Arbitration + Governing Law

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, to take place within 50 miles of Reno, Nevada.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Oregon and Nevada.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or participation in offerings signifies acceptance of any updated Terms.

By purchasing, participating in, or engaging with any Wellness Weaver, LLC program, breathwork experience, or offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
