Terms of Use: Practitioner Ritual Kit + Magic Ritual Kit

Welcome to the Practitioner Ritual Kit and Magic Ritual Kit (collectively, the “Kits”), digital offerings created and provided by Wellness Weaver, LLC (hereafter “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

These Kits include a collection of prerecorded classes, guidebooks, and digital teachings, including but not limited to: Instagram Magic, Birth Chart Magic, Aurora Business Magic, Weaver Guidebook, and the full suite of Weaving the Wheel and Aura-based guidebooks and materials.

By purchasing or accessing these Kits, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Kits.

1. Definitions

“Kits” refers to all digital products included in the Practitioner Ritual Kit and Magic Ritual Kit, including:

  • Guidebooks (PDFs, written materials)

  • Prerecorded classes (video/audio)

  • Frameworks, teachings, rituals, and methodologies

  • Any future additions or bonus materials included with purchase

“Participant,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the purchaser or user of the Kits.

“Content” refers to all proprietary materials, including teachings, written content, visuals, recordings, and energetic frameworks.

2. Consent to Purchase and Use

By purchasing these Kits, you acknowledge:

  • You are receiving digital, self-paced educational and spiritual content

  • No live facilitation, coaching, or personalized support is included unless otherwise explicitly stated

  • Your use of the Kits constitutes full acceptance of these Terms

3. Nature of the Offering

These Kits are spiritual, educational, and creative resources designed to support:

  • Personal practice

  • Energetic awareness

  • Spiritual development

  • Business and creative expression

They are not:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological therapy

  • Financial or business guarantees

  • A substitute for licensed professional care

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Kits is the sole property of Wellness Weaver, LLC.

  • Branding, language, and proprietary systems

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content

  • Share files, downloads, or login access

  • Resell or repurpose materials

  • Create derivative teachings, courses, or offerings based on this content

  • Teach or present this material as your own

Violation of this section will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Personal Use Only

These Kits are licensed for individual use only.

You agree:

  • Not to share access with others

  • Not to upload materials to shared platforms, drives, or communities

  • Not to use the content for group facilitation, teaching, or client work without explicit written permission

6. Payment Terms

You agree to:

  • Pay the full purchase amount at checkout or through an approved payment plan

  • Complete all payments regardless of usage, completion, or satisfaction

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access and/or collections.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of the Kits:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

8. No Results Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific results from engaging with these Kits.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Income or business growth

  • Client acquisition or visibility

Your results depend on your personal practice, discernment, timing, and integration.

9. Assumption of Risk

By engaging with these materials, you acknowledge:

  • Spiritual and energetic practices may evoke emotional, psychological, or physical responses

  • You are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your experience

You agree to engage at your own pace, with self-awareness and care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Weaver, LLC and Eliana Miranda are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Kits, including:

  • Emotional or psychological distress

  • Financial outcomes or losses

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of content

  • Personal or business decisions made based on the material

11. Indemnification + Release

You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Wellness Weaver, LLC, Eliana Miranda, and all affiliates from any and all claims, including but not limited to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Kits

  • Your implementation (or lack thereof)

  • Your personal or professional outcomes

  • Any breach of this Agreement

12. Ethical Use + Energetic Integrity

These teachings are shared within a framework of:

  • Respect

  • Non-extraction

  • Creative integrity

You agree to:

  • Engage with the material responsibly

  • Not exploit or commercialize the teachings inappropriately

  • Honor the lineage, energy, and intention behind the work

13. Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises:

  2. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association

Location: Within 50 miles of Reno, Nevada or another mutually agreed location.

You waive the right to a court trial.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Kits constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
