Please read these Terms + Conditions before purchasing ASK: 2 Line Hotline (“ASK”).ASK is created and facilitated by Eliana Miranda + Wellness Weaver, LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By purchasing and submitting a question, you agree to the following:
1. What You Are Purchasing
Each purchase of ASK includes one question submitted to Eliana Miranda for an individual oracular response. Your answer will be recorded as audio and shared under the anonymous code name you provide. Please submit only one question per purchase. Additional questions require an additional purchase.
2. Your Answer
Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you submit your question for your answer to be completed and posted. You will be notified by email when your answer is available. Your audio reading will live inside the ASK archive rather than being delivered to you as an audio file to download or keep. Depending on the size and evolution of the project, the archive may be hosted on a private website, community platform, app, or another private online space. The location and platform are subject to change.
3. Anonymity + The Community Archive
ASK is an oracular group art project + unlearning community project.Your identity will never be shared with other participants. All questions and readings are shared by code name only. By submitting a question, you understand and agree that your question and audio answer will become part of the private ASK archive and may be heard by current and future participants who have access to the space. To protect your anonymity and the integrity of the archive, Wellness Weaver, LLC may lightly edit, shorten, restructure, or remove identifying details from your submitted question before it is shared. Your question becomes a resource for the community altar.
4. Access + Community Privacy
By purchasing ASK, you receive access to the collection of readings available within the ASK archive. You will not know the identities of the people who submitted the questions you hear. The archive and its recordings are for your personal use only. You agree not to record, download, reproduce, transcribe, repost, distribute, or publicly share another participant’s question or any ASK audio recording. Access to the archive does not transfer ownership of the recordings or give you the right to keep or distribute an audio file.
5. Oracular Guidance + No Guaranteed Results
ASK provides spiritual, intuitive, creative, and oracular guidance for personal reflection. Your reading represents Eliana’s perspective and interpretation at the time it is given. It is not a prediction or guarantee of any particular personal, spiritual, creative, business, relationship, financial, or other outcome. ASK is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your own choices, interpretations, actions, and decisions. Use your own discernment and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of ASK, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All ASK audio readings and materials created by Eliana Miranda + Wellness Weaver, LLC remain the intellectual property of Wellness Weaver, LLC. Your purchase grants you personal access to the ASK archive. It does not grant permission to download, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, teach from, or publicly share the recordings or materials.
8. Agreement
By purchasing ASK: 2 Line Hotline, you acknowledge that you:
Are purchasing one oracular response to one question.
Understand that your audio answer will live within the ASK archive and is not yours to download or keep.
Consent to your question and answer becoming part of the private community archive.
Give Wellness Weaver, LLC permission to edit or restructure your question as needed to protect your anonymity and fit the format of the project.
Understand that your identity will never be shared with other participants and your reading will be identified by code name only.
Understand that current and future ASK participants may listen to your reading.Understand that no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Agree that all sales are final.
