Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully and in their entirety before accessing, purchasing, or participating in Prophesy (the “Program”). The Program, all related content, and the associated websites are owned and operated by Eliana Miranda + Wellness Weaver, LLC (“Business,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
By accessing www.wellnessweaver.com , eliana-miranda.mykajabi.com, purchasing the Program, or participating in any live or recorded sessions, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
“Business,” “We,” “I,” “Us,” or “Our” means Eliana Miranda + Wellness Weaver, LLC
“Program” means Prophesy, including all live calls, pre-recorded content, breathwork practices, audio, video, written materials, worksheets, and digital resources
“Website” or “Site” means www.wellnessweaver.com and eliana-miranda.mykajabi.com
“You” or “Your” means the purchaser, participant, or user
“Participation” means accessing, viewing, listening to, engaging with, or implementing any Program or Site content
2. Program Purpose & Nature
Prophesy is designed for inner work, somatic inquiry, conscious business exploration, breath-based experiences, and spiritual self-study. The Program supports participants in meeting more of themselves, unwinding patterns, exploring altered states of consciousness, and developing awareness of their relationship with money, work, and self.
The Program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition and does not guarantee income, business success, certification, healing, or outcomes of any kind.
Participation is self-directed and requires personal responsibility, discernment, and conscious engagement.
3. Educational, Spiritual & Informational Disclaimer
Eliana Miranda is a Spiritual Mentor and Experience Facilitator.
The Program is provided for educational, informational, and spiritual purposes only.
Nothing in the Program constitutes or replaces medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. You agree to consult licensed professionals for any matters related to physical health, mental health, finances, or legal concerns.
4. Breathwork & Somatic Informed Consent
The Program includes somatic, meditative, and breathwork practices that may evoke emotional, physical, psychological, or energetic responses.
By participating, you understand and acknowledge that:
Breathwork may bring forward strong emotions, memories, intuitive material, or internal imagery
Physical sensations may arise, including but not limited to muscle tension, emotional activation, lightheadedness, energetic intensity, or temporary discomfort
Breathwork may lead to both desirable and uncomfortable experiences
You agree that:
Participation is voluntary
You are responsible for pacing yourself and stopping if needed
You will seek professional support outside this container if anything arises beyond your capacity
The Program is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or licensed healing modalities
5. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
Your participation in the Program and use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
You assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, interpretations, and wellbeing. You acknowledge that emotional, physical, psychological, or financial impacts may occur as a result of participation and that you are solely responsible for managing those impacts.
6. No Guarantees or Claims of Results
The Business makes no guarantees regarding:
Income or financial outcomes
Business success or career advancement
Healing or emotional resolution
Spiritual or psychological transformation
Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not represent promised or typical results.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on the Site and within the Program—including videos, audios, breathwork recordings, documents, worksheets, graphics, voice recordings, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Wellness Weaver, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, modify, sell, or repurpose any content without express written permission.
Sharing login credentials or Program materials will result in immediate removal without refund and may be pursued legally.
8. Live Calls, Recordings & Media Use
The Program includes live sessions and pre-recorded content, primarily delivered in audio format.
All live calls will be recorded and may be reused or sold outside the original container.
By participating, you consent to being recorded.
9. Website Use, Accounts & Access
Your access to the Site and Program is granted for personal use only.
The Business reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
No system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of online platforms and agree that use of the Site and Program is at your own risk.
10. Third-Party Services & Technology
Payments and hosting may be facilitated by third-party providers (including Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal).
The Business is not responsible for outages, data breaches, service interruptions, bugs, viruses, or failures caused by third-party services.
11. Payments, Plans & Authorization
By purchasing the Program, you authorize Wellness Weaver, LLC to charge your selected payment method.
Payment plans authorize automatic recurring charges until paid in full. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program while remaining responsible for the full balance.
12. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and experiential nature of the Program, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once access is granted.
13. Release of Liability, Indemnification & Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Eliana Miranda + Wellness Weaver, LLC, including all affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, emotional experiences, or outcomes arising from:
Participation in breathwork or somatic practices
Use or misuse of Program or Site content
Your choices, interpretations, or actions
Any emotional, physical, psychological, or financial impact
14. Limitation of Liability
All content is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
In no event shall the Business be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
15. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by emailing Eliana@WellnessWeaver.com .
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place within 50 miles of Reno, Nevada.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By accessing the Site, purchasing, or participating in Prophesy, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these Terms
Understand the nature of breathwork and altered-state practices
Voluntarily choose to participate
Accept full responsibility for your experience
Agree to all Terms of Service herein
